Prayer

Prayer is an important part of the life of KIC. It is incorporated throughout all of the ministries of KIC.

House groups are an excellent for building relationships and trust and are an ideal place to share and pray with each other. Likewise at zone meetings we are able to pray for each other, for the local community, for Kampala/ Uganda and for KIC as a whole.

We encourage our children and young people to pray for each other from a young age, and not only to pray for each other but to pray for their families, for other members of the church and the community and country in which they live.

KIC holds weekly Wednesday morning prayer meetings from 7.30 to 9.00 at the American Recreation Association in Makindye and everyone is welcome to come and join us for this meeting. Monthly prayer meetings are also held at the Willisons house on a Sunday evening from 5 - 7pm. We also encourage people to pray together prior to the morning services so please do join us 45 minutes before the service either at Heritage or Bugalobi.

After the services on Sunday we have a team available to pray with people - if you need prayer for anything please do come forward for prayer at this time, or let your housegroup/ zone leader know so that we can arrange to come and pray with you.
